Just want to say how much my life has changed since I started Empath Rising Level 1. I spent most of my life feeling like I don't belong and that I'm the odd one out. I started the course having shut down my emotional side as much as possible, but then revelation... slowly with the amazing guidance of Tiff & Jack, I unraveled me, I understand myself, I no longer crave the acceptance of others. It's almost like a rebirth, I can feel my emotions and abilities. I'm learning that self-care is an essential part of my empathic life and by utilizing my abilities I can make a difference. Before Empath Rising Level 1 - I was so tired, so beat down, and had become such a shut in... that I was literally a prisoner of my own darkness. I had given up.
