189 - Toxic Positivity (and its impact on mental health)
Yes it’s important to find the “silver lining” in the struggle, BUT when we jump completely over the struggle, don’t feel our feelings, and instead pretend everything is “just fine, yep doing great,” that’s when we need to STOP and pay attention to what’s really going on inside. That’s when good things start to happen and we become super relatable… and healthier in mind and body.
